Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
Love each other like family and try to outdo one another in showing honor.
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
Love deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins.
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
Be kind and forgive one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Forgiving is not the same as accepting harm.
