For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Said to people in exile: God’s thoughts toward you are peace and a future with hope.
Delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
KJV1Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. 2For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. 3Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. 6And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. 7Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
Israel’s prayer book: songs of trust, lament, thanks and praise, many of them by David.

Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.
Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
Courage is commanded because God goes with you wherever you go.
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
God finishes what He starts. The good work in you will be completed.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Lean on God, not on your own understanding, and He will make your path clear.
