Proverbs 17:22

Proverbs 17:22
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

A cheerful heart is good medicine; a crushed spirit wears a person down. An observation about heart and body, not a reproach to anyone who is struggling.
